The Chatmore School Development Association has launched “Retired. Not Expired” to celebrate and support Bermuda’s retirees, beginning with retired teachers.

The Chatmore Foundation will host its 2nd Annual No School Is an Island: Atlantic Regional Conference on 18–19 February 2026, in association with the Council of British International Schools [COBIS].
A spokesperson said, “The Chatmore Foundation stands as the charity arm for Chatmore British International School located here in Bermuda.

The charitable arm of a Bermudian-based school is to host an educational conference featuring local and international educators, researchers and school leaders.
The Chatmore Foundation, which raises funds for Chatmore British International School, is launching its second annual event on February 18 and 19 next year, in association with the Council of British International Schools, or Cobis, at Rosewood Bermuda.

A Bermudian educator has been appointed to the board of the Council of British International Schools.
Cobis said in a statement that the appointment of Angela Fubler comes in response to her longstanding dedication to education and the breadth of her experience in local as well as global contexts.
This conference provides an opportunity for Senior and Middle Leaders, Proprietors, Governors/School Boards from schools to come together to develop their practice.
