The Foundation’s vision positions education as a shared, collaborative endeavour that prepares Bermuda’s learners and leaders to thrive locally and contribute meaningfully within a global community.

Its mission is to provide innovative and collaborative educational experiences that empower individuals to embrace lifelong learning, lead with empathy, think critically, and engage purposefully in society.

By hosting the No School Is an Island: Atlantic Regional Conference, the Foundation creates space for educators, policymakers, and community members to gather, exchange insight, build confidence, and navigate educational transformation together.
Partners with the Council of British International School, UK, The Rosewood Tucker’s Point, Bermuda Tourism Authority, Bermuda Educators Council, Government Ministries and international education organizations, local schools and community groups. 

Through international partnerships and regional dialogue, the Foundation brings global educational thinking into Bermuda’s local context, strengthening professional learning and shared understanding.

Through initiatives such as Retired. Not Expired, the Foundation celebrates and supports active retirees—beginning with retired educators—by fostering intergenerational connection and recognising lived experience.

Programmes and initiatives are co-created through ongoing community conversation, ensuring they remain inclusive, relevant, and responsive to Bermuda’s evolving educational, environmental and social needs.
